Section 80
Auditor to be appointed
(1) The securities business shall appoint an auditor from among the auditors listed by the board. (2) A person who is a director, shareholder, officer, employee or partner of a securities business company or organization shall be considered ineligible to be appointed as an auditor of the securities business company or organization. (3) Securities The businessperson shall notify the Board of the name and address of such auditor within seven days from the date of appointing the auditor. (4) If the securities businessperson removes any auditor from the position or if such auditor resigns, the securities businessperson shall notify the board within seven days of the date of such appointment. (5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the board and the employees of the securities market cannot be appointed as auditors of any securities trading company or organization.
